MISSION

We help companies and high profile professionals solve business situations before they become business or personal crises. The way we help is by facilitating and coaching owners, managers and family members with their sibling relationships and intergenerational issues acquire the necessary business and interpersonal skills to set goals effectively and take appropriate strategic and organizational actions. Some key issues that we specialize in are family /business dynamics, organizational culture (defining roles and responsibilities, and conflict management), ownership/ownership control/governance issues, facilitation of succession planning/continuity, establishment of a strategy/strategic planning, and we help improve communications within the company. We design exercises and teach the art of "friendly confrontations."
